Our store name, “Pomegranate” is the symbol of not only hope but also long life from ancient times.
“Pomegranate” bears a lot of red fruit in fall, drops the fruit in winter, and
Pomegranate blossoms are in full bloom in summer.
We “Pomegranate blossoms” serve selected Hida Beef carefully with wild plants,
and vegetables in season by traditional charcoal called “Bincho Charcoal”.
All our menus are Japanese taste and enjoyable in four seasons.
